Attorney Michael Zoldan’s practice is based on aggressive and detail-oriented representation, focusing on employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, and wrongful termination. Prior to starting The Zoldan Law Group, Mr. Zoldan worked for numerous law firms where he had an opportunity to hone his litigation skills by working on multiple litigation cases with some of the most skilled litigators.
As the founding Partner of The Zoldan Law Group, Mr. Zoldan is dedicated to providing the firm’s clients with relentless representation at a cost-effective price.
Mr. Zoldan also has experience working as an intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its Trial Attorney Department, and also as an intern for a State Court Judge. His practice areas include:

- Representing individuals throughout the EEOC Charge process including mediations

- Consulting with employees who have been discriminated against but wish to remain employed by their Company
- Consulting with small businesses on prevention strategies, risk management, employment contracts, and personnel policies
